条形码扫描器能读取到的范围是有限的，所以要求产品在进入我们线时，条形码必须是在这个读取范围只内。大部分条形码都是机器打印机器贴的。 机器的位置是固定的，所以贴出来的条形码位置也是固定的。 当条形码是机器贴时，如果输送也是通过输送线时，虽然贴和收缩都可能产生误差，但对扫描器来说这个误差是可以忽略不计的。 也就是说：如果使用机器贴条形码+输送线，由于客户进来时的条线码位置相对固定，只要把扫描器位置调整好就可以了。 如果是人工搬到机器上：那需要工人在放轮胎时需要每次把条形码固定放在一个方向上。 这样对客户来说太麻烦，那样不是全自动，是半自动的。 所以我想的是，扫描机下部输送带下面加roller，扫描时把轮胎回转。 这样操作人不需要调整位置，也不需要调整扫机的 Automatic tyre handing and packing system just here.
