Specifically, a “V” shaped platform is ideal for handling steel, wire, aluminum coils, and similar cylindrical items. Flat platforms are optimal for the secure placement of dies, molds, and panels. Meanwhile, pronged platforms are specifically designed for the secure movement of paper and film rolls.
