TIP 1: Driving Way Of The Upender

This apparatus operates on a hydraulic system, utilizing cylinders to achieve rapid inversion. Its design is straightforward, encompassing both the turnover platform and the hydraulic mechanism. The turnover platform is crafted with a robust structure to manage items like paper rolls and molds effectively.

To meet the specified load capacity requirements, the design of the upender’s structure will be tailored based on the weight of the load. The frame of the device is strengthened both externally and internally, with an approximate 20% margin in maximum loading capacity for added resilience. At times, the size of the working platform may exceed the dimensions suitable for container transport. Fhope offers a modular turntable design that can be easily disassembled, facilitating straightforward shipping and assembly.
TIP 3. Working Table of The Upenders varies from load shape
Customization is key when it comes to the working platforms of upenders, as they must be tailored to accommodate various types of handling methods. For instance, coil materials require a pronged type of platform, steel sheets are best supported by a “C” shaped turntable, while a pronged platform is necessary for forklift operations, and a roller conveyor platform is essential for seamless integration with preceding conveyor systems. In essence, the design of the working platform must be aligned with the unique contours of the cargo it will support.
Specifically, a “V” shaped platform is ideal for handling steel, wire, aluminum coils, and similar cylindrical items. Flat platforms are optimal for the secure placement of dies, molds, and panels. Meanwhile, pronged platforms are specifically designed for the secure movement of paper and film rolls.
